Kings Park Motel - Perth

We had a good one-night stay at Kings Park Motel with our 8-month-old. The room was spacious and clean, and the helpful receptionist made our arrival smooth, especially after our late-night flight. The peaceful location right by Kings Park allowed for a refreshing morning walk, and the pool area was lovely for a relaxing morning swim. Conveniently close to shops and restaurants, it was a perfect family getaway.

Got beautifully maintained and recently refurbished room with free WiFi, crockery and a comfortable bed - always come in handy. A microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge were available too. The location met expectation, it was good and magnificent to local shops.

The location was great because it was just next door to cafes and restaurants, and concerts at kings park. It also was close to other places...

The room wasnice and neat, and the location across from the beautiful botanical gardens was perfect, not to mention the wonderfully friendly staff who made me feel right at home.

The hotel breakfast menu could use more variety in options.

we had a pleasant stay at the kings park motel, which was perfectly located near our son’s university and kings park. the room was spacious and clean, providing everything we needed for our stay. we enjoyed the pool in the morning and appreciated the nice kitchenette equipped with useful utensils. the double glazing helped ensure a peaceful night despite the busy street outside. overall, it was ideal for our visit.

The pool area was very clean and the location was excellent and perfect, really close to walking tracks as well as sea.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay for 6 nights. The staff are attentive and the location is great and lovely very close to transport. And it's nestled in a big building just off cafes and restaurants, IGA supermarket and Kings Park and hospitals and parks.

Great location with easy access to the airport and central spots. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though the power key system can be a bit tricky. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Just a touch of noise from neighbors, but overall a pleasant stay worth considering!

I loved the amazing location! It's super close to the beautiful park and a short drive from Subiaco. The room was clean and had all the basics I needed for a comfy stay. Plus, the shower was hot with great pressure, which I totally appreciated after a long day exploring.

My experience was a letdown. The staff was gruff, and I felt rushed about my checkout time even though I paid for it. my room was a bit noisy with loud neighbors and the cleaning staff starting way too early. I expected more for my money.

We had a rough night after some drunk guest pounded on our door, insisting on asking weird questions. It really messed with my sleep, and I was already anxious after our flight delays.

I almost thought i would leave a glowing review, but how could i when the toilet was so low that my legs seemed like they were in a circus act? The wi-fi was about as strong as a damp napkin. Expected some kind of comp, maybe a cookie? Just couldn't believe this place calls itself a motel.

We recently stayed at the kings park motel and found it to be a wonderful experience. the room may have been small, but it was spotless and had fresh milk for our tea and coffee. the location was convenient, right across from kings park and just a quick drive to subiaco. we enjoyed an amazing swim in the pool, which was a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

Heavy parking issues during busy times!!! The bathroom space left a lot to be desired, feeling cramped!!! Confusing entrance lighting setup could easily be improved!!!

This place was just an ideal choice for a brief stop-in in Perth with value for money. The cleanliness was amazing, and we were really surprised to find the room was very quiet despite being near traffic. Use the nearby shops for snacks or meals. It's convenient and saves time.
